Voiccript 및 메이커랩스(이하 "회사")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 앱은 별도 회원가입 없이 음성 메모, 음성 인식, 광고, 구독 기능을 제공하며, 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서만 정보를 처리합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
앱 사용 중 자동 또는 기능 수행 과정에서 처리될 수 있는 정보:
- 앱 사용 정보 (화면 조회, 녹음 시작/완료, 저장/삭제, 설정 변경, 언어 설정, 음성 인식 모드, 구독 상태 등)
- 앱 인스턴스 또는 기기/광고 관련 식별자 (Firebase Analytics, AdMob, RevenueCat 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위)
- 비정상 종료 및 안정성 진단 정보 (예: Firebase Crashlytics)
- 광고 노출 및 상호작용 관련 정보 (무료 버전에서 광고가 표시되는 경우)
- 구독 및 구매 관련 정보 (구독 상품, 활성 상태, 이용 권한 상태, 구매 복원 결과, 구매 이력 확인 정보)
음성 인식 기능 사용 시:
- 오프라인 모드에서는 기기 내 음성 인식 기능을 사용합니다.
- 온라인 모드에서는 음성 데이터가 인식 처리를 위해 플랫폼 음성 인식 서비스로 전달될 수 있습니다.
사용자가 직접 저장하는 데이터:
- 음성 인식 결과로 생성되거나 직접 입력한 텍스트 메모 및 세그먼트

앱은 사용자의 개인정보를 직접 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 분석, 광고, 구독 확인, 음성 인식 처리를 위해 위 서비스 또는 기능이 관여할 수 있습니다.
결제 수단 정보는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 직접 처리되며, 앱은 사용자의 신용카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
4. 데이터 보관
- 앱 내 텍스트 메모 및 세그먼트는 사용자 기기에만 저장되며, 앱 운영 서버로 별도 업로드하지 않습니다.
- 음성 데이터는 음성 인식 처리에 필요한 범위에서만 사용되며, 앱은 인식 처리 후 음성 데이터를 별도로 보관하지 않습니다.
- Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob, RevenueCat 관련 데이터는 각 제공자의 정책에 따라 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 구독 및 구매 상태 정보는 유료 기능 제공과 복원 처리를 위해 필요 기간 동안 참조될 수 있습니다.
5. 사용자 권리 및 선택
- 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 로컬 메모 데이터는 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 구독 시작, 해지, 환불, 결제 수단 변경 등 결제 관련 관리는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 정책과 설정에 따릅니다.
- 광고 및 분석 관련 일부 설정은 기기 또는 계정 설정에서 제한할 수 있으며, 실제 제공 범위는 Apple 또는 Google 정책에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
- 앱은 별도 회원 계정을 요구하지 않으므로, 일반적인 회원 탈퇴 절차 대신 앱 삭제와 스토어 구독 관리가 주요 관리 수단이 됩니다.
6. 아동 보호
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

Voiccript and MAKERLABS (the "Company") value your privacy and comply with applicable laws. The App provides voice memo, speech recognition, advertising, and subscription features without requiring users to create a separate account, and processes information only to the extent necessary to operate those features.
1. Information We Collect
Information that may be processed automatically or while using App features:
- App usage information (such as screen views, recording start/completion, save/delete actions, settings changes, language setting, speech recognition mode, and subscription status)
- App instance identifiers and device- or advertising-related identifiers, to the extent required by services such as Firebase Analytics, AdMob, and RevenueCat
- Crash and stability diagnostics information (for example, Firebase Crashlytics)
- Ad impression and interaction information, when ads are shown in the free version
- Subscription and purchase-related information (such as the subscribed product, active status, access entitlement status, purchase restoration results, and purchase history verification data)
When using speech recognition features:
- In offline mode, the App uses on-device speech recognition features provided by the operating system.
- In online mode, voice data may be transmitted to platform speech recognition services for recognition processing.
Data stored directly by the user:
- Text memos and segments generated from speech recognition or entered directly by the user

- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — ad delivery and ad performance measurement
- RevenueCat — subscription status verification, access entitlement handling, purchase restoration, and subscription operations
- Operating system speech recognition features — online or offline speech recognition processing
The App does not directly sell users' personal information. However, the services and features listed above may be involved for analytics, advertising, subscription verification, and speech recognition processing.
Payment method information is processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The App does not directly collect or store payment details such as credit card numbers.
4. Data Retention
- Text memos and segments created in the App are stored on the user's device only and are not separately uploaded to the App's operating server.
- Voice data is used only to the extent necessary for speech recognition processing, and the App does not separately retain voice data after processing.
- Data related to Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob, and RevenueCat may be retained according to each provider's policies.
- Subscription and purchase status information may be referenced for the period necessary to provide paid features and support purchase restoration.
5. User Rights and Choices
- Deleting the App will also delete locally stored memo data on the device.
- Subscription start, cancellation, refunds, and payment method changes are managed according to the policies and settings of the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Some advertising and analytics settings may be limited through device or account settings, and the actual options available may vary depending on Apple or Google policies.
- Because the App does not require a separate user account, deleting the App and managing subscriptions through the store are the primary control methods instead of a standard account deletion process.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

- サブスクリプションおよび購入状態情報は、有料機能の提供および購入復元対応に必要な期間参照される場合があります。
5. ユーザーの権利と選択
- 本アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存されたローカルメモデータも削除されます。
- サブスクリプション開始、解約、返金、支払い方法変更などの管理は、Apple App Store または Google Play のポリシーおよび設定に従います。
- 広告および分析に関する一部の設定は、端末またはアカウント設定から制限できる場合がありますが、実際に利用可能な範囲は Apple または Google のポリシーにより異なる場合があります。
- 本アプリは別途ユーザーアカウントを必要としないため、通常の退会手続きの代わりに、本アプリの削除およびストア上のサブスクリプション管理が主な管理手段となります。
