본 이용약관은 Voiccript 서비스 및 앱(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건과 사용자 및 메이커랩스(이하 "회사") 간의 권리와 의무를 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 서비스 내용
앱은 음성을 텍스트로 변환하고, 텍스트를 세그먼트 단위로 편집·저장·분류할 수 있는 기록 도구입니다. 앱은 오프라인 음성 인식, 온라인 음성 인식, 로컬 저장, 광고 표시, 구독 기반 무제한 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다.
2. 이용 조건
- 사용자는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수해야 합니다.
- 사용자는 앱을 불법적 목적, 제3자 권리 침해, 서비스 방해 또는 부정 이용 목적으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
- 사용자가 앱에 입력하거나 생성한 기록의 관리 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
3. 데이터 저장 및 처리
- 앱에서 생성한 텍스트 기록은 기본적으로 사용자 기기에 저장됩니다.
- 앱 삭제, 기기 초기화, 운영체제 오류 등으로 로컬 데이터가 삭제될 수 있으므로 중요한 기록은 별도로 백업하는 것을 권장합니다.
- 온라인 음성 인식 모드를 사용하는 경우, 음성 데이터는 인식 처리를 위해 Android에서는 Google이 제공하는 음성 인식 서비스로, iOS에서는 Apple이 제공하는 음성 인식 서비스로 전송될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
4. 온라인 음성 인식
온라인 음성 인식은 네트워크 상태, 외부 서비스 상태, 기기 환경, 발화 품질에 따라 지연되거나 실패할 수 있으며, 인식 결과의 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. 의료, 법률, 금융, 안전 관련 의사결정 등 높은 정확성이 필요한 용도에서는 사용자가 결과를 직접 검토해야 합니다.
5. 구독 및 결제
- 무료 플랜은 광고가 표시될 수 있으며, 온라인 음성 인식 이용량에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
- 무제한 플랜은 광고 제거와 온라인 음성 인식 무제한 이용을 제공할 수 있으며, 월간 또는 연간 구독으로 제공될 수 있습니다.
- 구독 결제, 자동 갱신, 해지, 환불은 App Store 또는 Google Play의 정책과 결제 시스템을 따릅니다.
- 구독 가격, 결제 주기, 제공 혜택 및 갱신 조건의 구체적인 내용은 각 스토어 상품 페이지와 앱 내 안내를 기준으로 합니다.
- 앱을 삭제해도 구독이 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. 구독 해지는 사용자가 해당 스토어의 구독 관리 화면에서 직접 진행해야 합니다.
- 구매 복원은 동일한 스토어 계정에서 기존 구매 내역을 확인하는 방식으로 동작합니다.
6. 광고
무료 사용자에게는 앱 내 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고 내용과 광고 클릭 후 이동하는 외부 페이지는 광고 제공자의 정책과 환경에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
7. 지식재산권
앱의 소프트웨어, 디자인, 상표, 로고 및 관련 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 사용자가 앱을 통해 작성한 기록의 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다.
8. 서비스 변경 및 중단
회사는 기능 개선, 보안, 외부 서비스 변경, 정책 변경 등의 사유로 앱의 일부 기능을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 다만 사용자 권리 또는 유료 기능에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경이 있는 경우에는 합리적인 방법으로 사전에 안내할 수 있습니다.
9. 책임 제한
앱은 가능한 안정적으로 제공되도록 노력하지만, 음성 인식 결과의 정확성, 특정 목적 적합성, 무중단 제공을 보장하지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 회사는 사용자의 앱 이용 또는 이용 불가로 발생한 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해 또는 관련 법령상 배제할 수 없는 책임에는 본 조항이 적용되지 않습니다.
10. 약관 변경
본 약관은 서비스 변경이나 법령·정책 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 이 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.
11. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 기준으로 해석됩니다. 단, 사용자가 거주하는 지역의 강행 소비자 보호 법령이 우선 적용되는 경우에는 해당 법령을 따릅니다.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Voiccript service and app (the "App") and set out the rights and obligations between you and MAKERLABS (the "Company"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
The App helps you convert speech into text and edit, store, and organize text by segments. The App may provide offline speech recognition, online speech recognition, local storage, advertising, and subscription-based unlimited features.
2. Use of the App
- You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
- You may not use the App for illegal purposes, to infringe third-party rights, to disrupt the service, or to abuse the App.
- You are responsible for managing the records you enter or create in the App.
3. Data Storage and Processing
- Text records created in the App are stored on your device by default.
- Local data may be deleted if you uninstall the App, reset your device, or encounter operating system issues. We recommend backing up important records separately.
- When you use online speech recognition mode, voice data may be sent for recognition processing to a speech recognition service provided by Google on Android and by Apple on iOS. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Online Speech Recognition
Online speech recognition may be delayed or fail depending on network conditions, third-party service availability, device environment, and speech quality. Recognition results are not guaranteed to be accurate. For medical, legal, financial, safety-related, or other high-stakes uses, you should review the results yourself.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- The free plan may include advertising and may limit online speech recognition usage.
- The Unlimited plan may provide ad removal and unlimited online speech recognition and may be offered as a monthly or annual subscription.
- Subscription payments, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under the policies and payment systems of the App Store or Google Play.
- Specific details regarding subscription pricing, billing periods, benefits, and renewal conditions are based on the relevant store product page and in-app notices.
- Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through the applicable store subscription management screen.
- Restore purchases works by checking previous purchases made with the same store account.
6. Advertising
Advertisements may be shown to free users. Ad content and external pages opened after interacting with ads may vary depending on the advertising provider's policies and environment.
7. Intellectual Property
The App's software, design, trademarks, logos, and related content belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Records you create through the App belong to you.
8. Changes or Suspension
The Company may change or suspend some App features for reasons such as feature improvements, security, third-party service changes, or policy updates. However, if a change materially affects user rights or paid features, the Company may provide prior notice through a reasonable method.
9. Limitation of Liability
We work to provide the App reliably, but we do not guarantee speech recognition accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. However, this limitation does not apply to damages caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated due to service changes or legal and policy requirements. Changes will be posted on this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply.

本利用規約は、Voiccript サービスおよびアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件ならびにユーザーと MAKERLABS（以下「会社」）との間の権利義務を定めるものです。本アプリをインストールまたは利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. サービス内容
本アプリは、音声をテキストに変換し、テキストをセグメント単位で編集・保存・整理するための記録ツールです。本アプリは、オフライン音声認識、オンライン音声認識、ローカル保存、広告表示、サブスクリプションによる無制限機能を提供する場合があります。
2. 利用条件
- ユーザーは、適用される法令および本規約を遵守する必要があります。
- ユーザーは、本アプリを違法な目的、第三者の権利侵害、サービス妨害、または不正利用の目的で使用してはなりません。
- 本アプリに入力または作成した記録の管理責任はユーザーにあります。
3. データの保存および処理
- 本アプリで作成されたテキスト記録は、原則としてユーザーの端末に保存されます。
- アプリの削除、端末の初期化、OSの不具合などにより、ローカルデータが削除される場合があります。重要な記録は別途バックアップすることを推奨します。
- オンライン音声認識モードを使用する場合、音声データは認識処理のために、Android では Google が提供する音声認識サービスへ、iOS では Apple が提供する音声認識サービスへ送信されることがあります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
4. オンライン音声認識
オンライン音声認識は、ネットワーク状況、外部サービスの状態、端末環境、発話品質によって遅延または失敗する場合があり、認識結果の正確性を保証するものではありません。医療、法律、金融、安全に関する判断など、高い正確性が求められる用途では、ユーザー自身で結果を確認してください。
5. サブスクリプションと決済
- 無料プランでは広告が表示される場合があり、オンライン音声認識の利用回数に制限がある場合があります。
- 無制限プランでは、広告の非表示およびオンライン音声認識の無制限利用を提供する場合があり、月間または年間サブスクリプションとして提供されることがあります。
- サブスクリプションの決済、自動更新、解約、返金は、App Store または Google Play のポリシーおよび決済システムに従います。
- サブスクリプション価格、請求周期、提供特典、更新条件の具体的な内容は、各ストアの商品ページおよびアプリ内の案内を基準とします。
- 本アプリを削除しても、サブスクリプションは自動的に解約されません。解約は、各ストアのサブスクリプション管理画面からユーザー自身で行う必要があります。
- 購入の復元は、同じストアアカウントで行われた過去の購入を確認する方式で動作します。
6. 広告
無料ユーザーにはアプリ内広告が表示される場合があります。広告の内容および広告をタップした後に表示される外部ページは、広告提供者のポリシーおよび環境により異なる場合があります。
7. 知的財産権
本アプリのソフトウェア、デザイン、商標、ロゴおよび関連コンテンツに関する権利は、会社または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーが本アプリを通じて作成した記録の権利はユーザーに帰属します。
8. サービスの変更および停止
会社は、機能改善、セキュリティ、外部サービスの変更、ポリシー変更などの理由により、本アプリの一部機能を変更または停止することがあります。ただし、ユーザーの権利または有料機能に重大な影響を与える変更がある場合には、合理的な方法により事前に案内することがあります。
9. 免責および責任制限
会社は本アプリを可能な限り安定して提供するよう努めますが、音声認識結果の正確性、特定目的への適合性、または中断のない提供を保証するものではありません。適用法令で認められる範囲において、会社は本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じた間接的または付随的な損害について責任を負いません。ただし、会社の故意または重大な過失によって生じた損害、または適用法令上排除できない責任については、この限りではありません。
10. 本規約の変更
本規約は、サービス内容の変更または法令・ポリシーの変更により更新される場合があります。変更内容はこのページでお知らせします。
11. 準拠法
本規約は、大韓民国の法令に基づいて解釈されます。ただし、ユーザーの居住地域における強行的な消費者保護法令が適用される場合は、その法令に従います。
